Future Academies is an educational charity and multi-academy trust that is committed to helping young people to succeed in life by setting them up with the best possible education. We believe that the culturally literate are able to overcome social barriers and for this reason our schools are committed to knowledge, aspiration and respect.
Future Academies is sponsored by John and Caroline Nash's social enterprise, Future. Future Academies is built around a small family of schools in south Westminster and White City. Pupils leave our schools after being exposed to learning and life in all its fullness. We also encompass initial teacher training through our school-centred initial teacher training centre (the Pimlico-London SCITT), and we also operate a curriculum development centre.
We are always on the lookout for friendly, qualified people to join our team. We are a tightly-knit body of passionate staff, linked by our shared enthusiasm for education and our commitment to upholding the highest standards of pupil welfare.
Our eteach site hosts all our employment opportunities, including teaching and support staff across our academies and roles within our central team.
Academy-level roles include trust-wide CPD and subject-knowledge enrichment, and the development of interpersonal relationships with other staff beyond the local community.
Our priority is the safeguarding of our students. Therefore, all applicants to a post must be willing to undergo the relevant child protection screening procedures and checks before taking up a role.
Future Teacher Training
As part of Future Academies, we are extremely fortunate to have links with Future Teacher Training, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding centre for teacher training, offering Apprenticeship and SCITT-PGCE routes into education. The course is academically rigorous, ranking in the top three ITT courses in the country, and offers placements based in both the Trust’s London and Hertfordshire academies.
